Mango Pork Stir-Fry

Marinade Ingredients

• 1 tspLight soy sauce
• 1/4 tspSugar
• 1/4 tspSalt
• 1/2 tspCorn flour
• 1/2 tspCooking wine

Gravy Ingredients

• 1/2 tspSugar
• 1/4 tspSesame oil
• 1/4 tspBlack pepper
• 1-1/2 tspCorn flour
• 1/4 cupSoup stock

1. Slice the Sakura Farms Pork Collar into small pieces.
2. Mix together the marinade ingredients. Add the pork to the marinade.
3. Stir-fry the ginger in the oil. Add the pork slices and fry until they are fully cooked.
4. Add the carrot slices and broccoli. Add the gravy and stir.
5. Stir in the mango and green onion. Serve with rice or noodles.
