Japanese B.B.Q. Pork

Marinade Ingredients

• 1 1/2 tbspJapanese miso sauce
• 1 1/2 tbspJapanese cooking wine
• 1 1/2 tbspJapanese soy sauce
• 1 tspSugar

1. Blanch pork meat in hot water. Tighten pork with strings.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the pork meat. Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Add the marinade sauce and 1-1/2 cups of water to the pan. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
3. Place pork meat on a plate. Wait until it cools down and place it in the refrigerator. The next day, remove the meat from the refrigerator and cut into slices. Serve on its own as an appetizer or serve with ramen noodles.
